As our on-site managers, Todd and Dawn are the friendly faces you’ll see making the rounds, checking in on guests, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. They’re the ones greeting you with a smile when you arrive, helping you find your site, answering questions about the park or Quartzsite, and making sure you have what you need to feel comfortable and at home.

Todd brings a calm, “we’ll figure it out” energy to the park—whether that’s helping you back into a tricky spot or troubleshooting a small issue so you don’t have to stress about it. Dawn adds the warm, welcoming touch that makes Rice Ranch feel less like a stopover and more like a community—she remembers faces, checks in on guests, and makes sure everyone feels seen and included.
